ReplyDeleteI remember getting chestnuts and walnuts from my grandmothers farm when I was a kid. Funny though I don't remember ever eating any of the chestnuts.

I have heard of roasted chestnuts but never tasted them! It seems like it would be fun to gather them and have them fresh.
