Hello dear friends! Hallo liebe Mädels!
It is already mid- June, but the weather is only marginally getting warmer. I hope we're not having a repeat of last year, which was no summer at all. The cold and too much rain is probably the reason why our zucchini and red peppers aren't growing the way they should be. We were hoping to harvest some for salads and quiches soon! Meanwhile I've made raspberry mousse. It's a very rich dessert that can only be eaten in small amounts. Email me if you'd like the recipe :)
Die Zeit fliegt. Wir haben schon Mitte Juni und so richtig Sommer ist es hier noch nicht! Auch unsere Zucchini und Spitzpaprika wachsen nicht so wie sie sollten, dabei hatten wir uns schon gefreut ein paar Exemplare für Salate und Quiche zu ernten. Naja. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich eine Himbeermousse gemacht. Süß, kalorienreich, pink, lecker! Wer das Rezept haben möchte mailed mich einfach an :)

ReplyDeleteI know this is weird but I think it is gross to see the little 'hairs' on fruit like the raspberries. I think of little old ladies with wild hairs growing from their chin.
