The last few weeks were so-so, with the usual ups and downs. I completed a lot of custom orders, which took up most of my time. I had planned to catch up with my dear friend Y., but with the horrendous weather hitting our area we kept postponing. We finally met up on a day that looked like it was going to be sunny - quite windy, though - but later it started raining again! Who else is sick of rainy weather? Sigh. Also, thanks for your comments on my previous post - Molly wasn't amused ;-)

Seufz. Habt Ihr den ewigen Regen auch satt?
One of my favourite evening snacks are these fried agnoletti filled with spinach and ricotta. Yum!

Mmmh!
Crafttime! More on that in a future post :)

ReplyDeleteSorry for your bad weather.... If you will get a chance to visit Florida ( and yes I'm invite you;) you will be happy to enjoy plenty of sunshine!
ReplyDeleteI'm posting from my phone and it always a challenge ;) so just would like to add about your photos - looking forward to see your future craft post!
ReplyDeleteWe've been having an unusually rainy summer, too. It's been really hard to keep up with the yard work because all of the water makes things grow even faster. The front yard looks fine, but the back is a little wild. Hahaha.
Despite all the rain your life lately looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteEnough with the rain! Lots more is predicted for next week :-( I love the bright bike photo and the geese.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! I love the new pouch with the apples and pears. I hope the weather improves for your part soon. We have been very lucky with our summer weather in my part although there have been a few tornado watches (something we never had in my part until recently).
ReplyDeleteLove all your pictures! so descriptive of a peaceful life! Hope the rest of the summer is good for you (no more rain!)
ReplyDeleteBooo on the rain. It's been raining a lot here too. I hope you have a great weekend!

What a great grouping of images! Your talented friend's crocheted owl is very cute!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers look happy with all the rain.
There's been more rain than normal for a Summer here. But it's been good for the plants. What hasn't been so good is the low temps. It's felt more pleasant, but some plants have suffered.
Duni, I really dream of visiting your place someday. The weather here in Manila is so crazy as well. I wake up in a very sunny morning then afternoon rains will start to chase us.
ReplyDeleteDespite the rain, I believe you had a great time with your dear friend. I love your newest masterpiece and I was kinda looking for the blue fabric (posted in your instagram account) in your blog haha
Hope you are having a great day!
