Yesterday was the official start of summer, and as you probably all know by now it's my absolute favorite season :) This year I'd really like to squeeze in as many things on my list as I possibly can in the next few weeks (over here "summer season" is comparatively short). Here are my top 10:
- explore the lakes in the area
- visit at least one horticultural show
- spend more time with friends and family
- finish my summer re-fashion project
- eat al fresco
- finally wear my white mini dress
- check out the wine festival
- try out delicious sounding recipes on pinterest
- plan one or two day trips to new places
- relax, relax, relax
How about you. Got plans this summer?
Liebe Duni,
I used to make plans but always got annoyed when I didn't follow through with them. Now I just kind of play it by ear. Sounds like you have some good stuff planned for the summer
ReplyDeleteHallo liebe Duni,
ReplyDeleteda hast Du ja eine ganze Menge, was Du tun möchtest.
I hope you are able to do everything on your list Duni! My goal is to spend as much time outside as possible since it is so relaxing and rejuvenating.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great plan!!! Hope you'll do most of it!! I have a lot of catching up to do, will do so in coming days!! Happy Summer!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list! The wine festival and relaxing both sound wonderful :)
ReplyDeleteThese all sound perfect! Summer is the best season. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice doable bucket list for summer. I need to do one too :O need more relax with books and travel time, too.
ReplyDeleteI skipped making a list. I simply embrace each new day and milk it for all it's worth!
ReplyDeletethat sounds great too!
DeleteYour list sounds lovely! I dine al fresco quite often here in FL, and white is a must. A wine festival would be so nice. I'm working on a new series, and getting reference photos requires even more time outside on the trails, botanical gardens, and conservation lands, so I'm pretty happy about that work play balance.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds great! Summer is my favourite season too.
ReplyDeleteI like your list--very doable. I want to go camping again. You know, one duffel bag of clothes...little make-up...and a good, strong tent. We have a trip planned and I can't wait!
